Spread Pilot ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Spread Pilot mobile application and the website at spreadpilot.co (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Account Information

When you use our Telegram bot, we store your Telegram user ID to manage your preferences, subscription status, and alert settings. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personal information.

Mobile App

The mobile app does not require an account or login. We do not collect personal information through the app. Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and we do not have access to your payment details.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics such as the number of API requests, active connections, and error rates. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

• Binance API — for cryptocurrency spot price data
• Kalshi API — for prediction market contract data
• Polymarket API — for prediction market contract data
• Telegram Bot API — for bot messaging and Telegram Stars payments
• Apple App Store / Google Play — for in-app subscription processing

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Telegram user preferences are retained as long as your account is active on our bot. You can delete your data at any time by removing the bot from your Telegram account. We do not retain any personal data from the mobile app.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure infrastructure hosted on Cloudflare. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
